So this old writer died. It's all over the news. Off course it's tragic.
But just a block away of where I work a young man got criticly injured and probably can't walk for the rest of his life. Another man fell off a ship also badly injured. I don't know either of the two men.
I didn't heard anything about that on the radio or saw anything on tv nor could I find anything on the internet about it either.
While the the dead of the old writer is all over the news.
Aparantly the dead of the old writer is much more important then a young man being paralized.
I don't know much about the details of the two man getting injured at the harbor. But I just felt like mentioning it.

12:06, 25-Oct-2007 .. Posted by WelshPixieI didn't hear about the writer... but that's beside the point. I often think like this when I see news of death on the TV or read about it in the papers. It's like - yeah, somebody died. It's always tragic, there are almost always other people hurt. But why this one person? Surely, you can't single out this one person over all the other people in the world who died today?
